The £4.99 purchase is active on Google Play. Availability and localized pricing on other platforms depend on each store’s setup and the countries enabled. RefundCase is intended for international shoppers, but worldwide availability is not guaranteed.
Does RefundCase contact retailers or start a return for me?+
No. RefundCase helps you organise your own return and refund follow-up. It does not contact retailers, submit a return, or retrieve a refund for you.
Where are my cases and photos stored?+
Case records, timelines, notes, item photos and evidence are kept in the app on your device. RefundCase does not require an account and does not connect to your email or bank.
How do reminders work?+
If you allow notifications, RefundCase schedules return and refund reminders locally on your device. You can decline notification permission or turn reminders off. Depending on your device settings, a reminder may appear on your lock screen and include the item and retailer.
What is included in a backup?+
A backup can contain your case details, timelines, notes, item photos and evidence. RefundCase does not encrypt the backup file. Store or share it somewhere private. Restoring a backup replaces the cases currently on that device.
How much does RefundCase Pro cost?+
The free version supports up to three active cases. RefundCase Pro is an optional one-time lifetime purchase for unlimited active cases. The £4.99 Google Play purchase is active and has been tested; the store shows the applicable price and availability before purchase.
Will RefundCase be available everywhere?+
We intend to offer RefundCase internationally and the app includes currency choices for different countries. Availability depends on each store listing being approved and the relevant countries being enabled, so worldwide availability is not promised yet.
