02 · This website

Website operation

The website is hosted by Netlify. To deliver the pages and protect the service, the host may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and timestamps under its own service arrangements. FutureSpark does not add analytics, advertising trackers, or a marketing contact form to this website.

We use information needed to operate and secure the site on the basis of our legitimate interests. Netlify's handling of technical data is explained in its privacy policy .

03 · Messages to us

Email and support enquiries

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any details or attachments you choose to include. We use those details to answer your enquiry, provide support, keep an appropriate record of the conversation, and meet legal duties or handle a claim if needed. Our basis is taking steps you request, our legitimate interest in supporting our products, or a legal obligation where one applies.

Please do not email passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or personal information about other people unless it is necessary for a support issue. We keep messages only as long as reasonably needed for the request, our business records or legal obligations, then delete them securely where practical.

Your privacy rights

UK data-protection law may give you the right to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information we hold, and to object to certain uses or request a copy. These rights depend on the circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office .
